Avid Do-It-Yourselfer
We found the instructions hard to follow and while fiddling with the shade trying to install it, the shade slipped and broke. A replacement shade cost $144! Unbelievable. We'll be finding a less expensive replacement fixture. This fixture is small and doesn't give enough light for our small powder room. That being said, we have always been pleased with LightingUniverse.com.
