The shipping service was very quick - here in 3 days. The fixture is beautiful. One of the glass covers has a small blemish/bubble but it is not overly noticeable. Instructions are worthless; it is not overly difficult to install if you are handy and know what you are doing. Overall quality is very good but we had to place a rubber gasket around the electrical outlet hole to keep wires from rubbing on the rough edge. The krypton bulbs do indeed run hot (very nice having the bulbs included with the order!). Provides a very nice soft light in our small guest bathroom.
