This is a nice product. I was glad my engineer friend stopped by to help install it. It is not a one-person installation. The "directions," and I use that term loosely, were awful and incomplete. If you had never installed a lighting fixture before, you would never have gotten this installed. The product arrived in a timely manner and all the parts we needed were there. A detailed picture would have been nice, as well as a complete set of instructions. They don't take you all they way through the installation.
